| Generating electricity by burning coal is used widely in the world. But the available use of the fly ash and slag has been a world topic. Coal is one of the important energy in china, and 76% of the electricity power is generated by coal. More than 400 million tons coal is consumed every year, which is up to one third of the total coal output in the world.Concrete is a material which is used the most widely .It is estimated the total consumption of the entire world every year is up to one third of the total coal output. Until 1997, the total output of the whole country had exceeded 100 million tons. This has polluted the environment severely and occupied mounts of coal. Such great amount has been concerned by the entire world with the consumption caused by the producing and utilizing process and the pollution to the atmosphere and the environment.The cement output of china exceeds one third of all the world output. So is the fly ash's dischargement. The government is still managed to construct many more cement factories following the development of the base facility. From this view, in order to protecting environment and energy and enlarging fly ash concrete's utilize in civil engineering construction, lots of research of fly ash concrete has been done in this topic.In this thesis, I study fly ash concrete, which uses fly ash as a kind of mixture of concrete; the other materials such as sand and gravel are originated from Shandong Province. In the committed exceeding ratio δ_f and replacing percent of cement f, I make amounts of experiments in the laboratory, which include seven strength grades such as C10, C15, C20, C25 (concrete pumping), C25, C30, C40, C50 and the special-purpose concrete which is only used on road. The result is tested well in Beijie ZhongBridge, Ninjin County, and Shandong Province. It has been proved that fly ash concrete not only improve all sorts of the concrete's functions but also extend the utilizing lifetime in some content, greatly decrease the energy consumption and the Portland cement output. From this view enlarging fly ash concrete's utilize in engineering construction is a work with remarkable benefit. So it must have a splendid prospect. The more important thing is that so many true and efficacious data has been obtained, which must make for improving fly ash concrete construction in Shandong province. |
