Research On The Selection Of Municipal Engineering Design Schemes With Cost And Quality Factors

With our country strengthening infrastructure construction,municipal construction projects in our country increases year by year in quantity.However,with the gradual improvement of the national urban infrastructure at the same time,a huge waste of investment cost and municipal public construction quality and safety accidents and other cost quality problems has become increasingly prominent.This thesis analyzes of the municipal construction project of the four stages(decision-making,design,construction,completion and use).To complete the work and the domestic and foreign municipal construction engineering cost control and quality management status,this thesis puts the municipal construction project cost control and quality management of the work center of gravity by the construction phase of the project forward to the project design stage.In this thesis,a complete municipal construction project is divided into three main sub projects: the main structural engineering,foundation engineering and decoration.The cost benefit analysis method and the investment cost comparison method considering time value are introduced into the comparison of the benefits and costs of the municipal construction project.By using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight coefficient of different quality control factors in each item,this thesis gets the total order of different quality control factors in each sub project.In the case analysis,using hierarchical analysis method to calculate three sub project of the weight coefficient and quality control factors,solution layer weighted coefficient and the total order,this thesis reaches the result that the design phase of municipal construction projects are considering cost and quality factors of the alignment results as key factors.This thesis also puts forward some methods and measures to control the cost and quality of municipal construction project in the design stage,such as setting up the design supervision mechanism and so on.The research of this thesis can provide some reference for the analysis and design of building design units in the design stage of the project considering the cost and quality factors.
