Common Rail Fuel Injection System In The Hydraulic Match

This subject begins with analysis of demand in fuel system of armored vehicles , a plan to meet the requirements of engines was proposed to settle with hydraulically common rail fuel injection system through analysis to several types of electronically controlled high pressure fuel injection system both at home and abroad; testing system has been designed through calculating matching of hydraulically common rail, fuel injection system, and basic parameters of fuel system have been worked out through testing, internal law and matching relation of system were found out with improved fuel injection pressure or injection speed rate,Thus a flexible control of the timing, quantity and fuel injection regulation was achieved; power density of engine was improved with reduced diesel fuel consumption rate through analyzing and testing matching of combustion process of hydraulically common rail fuel injection system and single cylinder engine, and the above mentioned indexes were measured up to foreign advanced standards of developed countries; application prospect of this fuel system is also analyzed in this paper.
