Hot Asphalt Recycling Materials And Equipment

With the development of expressway construction of our country and the approaching of use limit of expressway. We must change our old idea and focus our energy on the recycling of asphalt pavement. So the reaserch of asphalt recycling is carried out in this thesis.This thesis involves how to receive the sample and the extraction of the sample on the base of Lin-Wei expressway. By monitoring the penetration of asphalt and the rate of aggregate ,there are no great differences in the rate of asphalt and aggregate 7. 5% passing rate and the penetration of asphalt of old mixture in different lanes. So the trate of old miture is ascertained. The emphasis is put on the design of ingredient rate according to different rate in order to demand the requirements of specifications. Marshall design method is used.In order to monitor the performance of new mixture, the stability of the new mixture is monitored. The result shows that all guidelines demand the requirements of specifications.Taking account of the state of our country , on the base of the comparation of two kinds of mixing equipment puts forward the requirements of key technology of the development of asphalt recycling and measures to improve the asphalt recycling equipment. To diminish the effect of moisture and the irregularity of aggregate , a elevator should be added to elevate hot aggregate.We will devote to innovating a new type asphalt recycling equipment that suits to China.
