As the increase of the power consumption, power supply quality becomes the focus that people pay close attention to day by day. The rapid development of native economy put forward a higher request of electrical quality and economical running target. As the reconstruction of distribution system goes on, the reliability of the lOkV net has been improved greatly. But the complexity of the 10kV net is more than ever before. So, in order to enhance the control of the net and realize the real digital net, the reconstruction of the distribution network must be done. With the development of electricity equipment and communication technology, distribution automation is easier to realize.By the reconstruction of GuanXian distribution network and the development of distribution automation, this paper presents particular specification about reconstruction of distribution network and communication system and the design of control center and substation.On the basis of analyses of domestic and foreign background of distribution development, this paper first analyze the influence of reconstruction of main network on distribution system and forecast the load, and then present scheme of reconstruction of distribution network. This paper gives expatiation of design method and structure of software and hardware.This paper analyzes almost all the functions of the distribution automation system, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), FA (Feeder Automation), DPAS (Distribution Power Application Software), DM (Distribution Management), LCM (Load Control and Management), RDSM (Real-time Data Source Management) and so on.The methods presented by this paper accord with actual situation of distribution system and fully achieve the goal. Practice will prove that the system should be with perfect function, easy to use, has totally satisfied the actual demand, and it can improve the management level of the power supply enterprise further.
