Embedded Internet Applications In The Motor Vibration Monitoring Network

The vibration of an electromotor is an important criterion for evaluating the state of the motor. Vibration inspecting is the technology for analyzing the state or the change trend of the movement part in the motor by the wave or frequency of the vibration signal. Nowadays, the inspecting of vibration is on schedule by operators with a handle device. The result is different from each other for different operators and different time. And also it is difficult to analyze and eliminate malfunction for lacking of history data.This article gives a solution based on embedded Internet for vibration inspecting of motor. It particularly introduces the key point of software and hardware for an embedded device's connection with internet. It also makes discussion in network protocol stack, interface of vibration sensor. The main work of this article is realized the terminate - Data access and transfer system of the vibration inspecting net. It includes replant RTOS to manage hardware with common interface and gives drive program. It also designs the network interface. The paper also replants some protocols which works in embedded systems bases on operation system. At the end of this paper, it summarizes the whole work of this paper and points out the disadvantages and the work unfinished.
