| Switching sequence system is an important measure which maintains the safe and stable work of power system. With the development of power system, electrical network has becoming more complex, new technology and equipment were used, all of this makes operation of equipment belong to some substation more difficult, so the traditional switching sequence expert system have been unable to meet the needs of practice. Most of the existing switching sequence expert system was developed for special substation, the reusability and expandability were limited, so we study the application of CIM/SVG in switching sequence expert system.At first, several ways of creating switching sequence were introduced and the problems of some switching sequence system were pointed out. Then through studying the realization of CIM database and CIS service, we designed the document structure of SVG based on the two ways which were proposed by CCAPI to exchange graphics. The metadata model of graphics was founded too. Because the Object-Oriented programming was used differently, the class definition and hierarchy of CIM were adopted and a kind means of knowledge representation combining the produce style representation and Object-Oriented representation was proposed to found the rule base and inference mechanism. Topology relationship generated from Topology Package of CIM. In order to improve the correctness of creating switching sequence a comprehensive safety strategy of operation specification was proposed. Finally, a switching sequence expert system based on CIM/SVG and comprehensive safety strategy is put forward, some parts of the system are discussed and a switching sequence management system is developed. |
