Electric power dispatch automation system consists of numerous distributed, homogeneous or heterogeneous subsystems. Traditional electric power dispatch automation system architecture makes the system strong coupling, development and maintenance are more difficult, it can not meet the development needs. If some subsystems went down, it is possible to make the whole power dispatch system crashes. The reliability of the system can not be guaranteed. To improve reliability of power dispatch automation system, make the system easy to develop maintain and large-scale integrate, meet the needs of intellectualization, a power dispatch automation system is proposed based on SOA, which effectively solves the problem of distributed homogeneous/heterogeneous system integration. The SOA-based system is loosely coupled, the various functions is referenced by the client in the form of services. Services and client can be independently developed and modified, improving flexibility of system.Graphic-model-data integration system is important part of power dispatch automation system, it is the main channel of human-computer interaction. Taking a system integrated graphic model data as an example, the implementation method of SOA-based power dispatching automation system is discussed. The system is based on three principles, standard, easy to expand and easy to use. Through windows communication foundation, the distributed heterogeneous dispatch system is developed for Guangxi county power, it can provide three services, SVG graphic service态CIM model service and data service for client to reference to achieve consistency of graphic and model, graphic mapping to data, prompt power grid fault, detect electrification, dynamic display the power flow. Graphic-model-data integration subsystem of Guangxi county power is implemented. It verifies the practicality and usability of the proposed architecture in power dispatch automation system, the facility of developing and maintaining the SOA-based system, and the extensibility of system.
