System Design Methodology In The Car Design Study

During the current initial development process, China automobile industry mainly depends on technology importation and lacks independent research ability with self-owned intellectual property rights. In reference to application experience on system design methods in industry design of our country, the essay summarizes the current situation of application system design method in carstyling design of our country, points out the problems faced, and brings forward the feasibility of application of system design method in carstylingl design of our country, through the comparison between the current conditions of design method of carstyling design application system of our country, and that of overseas advanced carstyling design system in a specific carstylingl design project (JASMIN project).Caused by cognizant deviation on the styling design concept, the engineering and technology development have been always dominant within our automobile industry and this leads to the irregularity in the application system design method and process of styling sign, as the sub-system of vehicle development and design system. The essay educes the convergence in carstyling design process through comparison with overseas standardized system design methods. Based on the divergence among design concepts and capability, design evaluation system, and design management system, and through standardization of carstyling design system process, strengthening of styling design concept, improvement of design capability, establishment of carstyling design evaluation system suitable for bur country's condition, and standardization of carstyling design management system, the essay discusses how to apply system design method to carstyling design normatively, and let system design method to exert better influence, for improvement of our country's automobile model design strength.
