The development of electric vehicles has bring new vitality to the automotive industry.The consumers love it's zero emissions and comfortable driving experience. But the energy supply center of electric vehicles- electric vehicle charging station is not perfect matching.This hinders the promotion and use of electric vehicles. Dalian region currently has only 8electric car charging stations. They are distributed in 6 areas, can not meet the needs of users convenient and fast charging. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the standardization of charging station construction.This paper taking the Dalian Ganjingzi electric car charging stations for example. It introduces the design of the charging station. It focuses on the analysis of the main distribution line design and information management systems. It discusses the selection of key equipment,the monitoring system design and the database of information management system design. It analyzes the various components of the charging station. It discusses the related issues that need to be considered in the construction, and summarizes various problems. It summarizes the relevant experience which can be extended in the construction of other charging stations.At first, the paper introduces the background and significance of the topic.Secondly, it analyzes the relevant technical content of the construction of electric vehicle charging station.It determines the system composition of the charging station, including power supply and distribution system, charging system, battery replacement and maintenance system and monitoring system.It compares the advantages and disadvantages of the planar charging station and the solid charging station, and discusses the calculation of the distribution capacity of the charging station.It discusses the harmonic of the charging station, and focuses on the analysis of the control method of the harmonic problem.It focuses on the design of the main wiring of the charging station. Through the analysis of the design requirements of the main wiring, it determines the design principles of the two way backup. It focuses on the analysis of the main wiring lines and 380 V low-voltage side of the wiring design. And focuses on the lightning arrester, current transformer, voltage transformer and automatic device. It analyzes the selection of key equipment. The dry type transformer has higher reliability, SF6 circuit breaker has no explosion and fire hazards, and it has less operation and maintenance time. It calculates the capacity of the active filter, and determines the specific model of the active filter device. At last,it analyses the design of monitoring system and information management system of electric vehicle charging station.It analyzes the overall function and system composition of the monitoring system of the charging station.It divides the monitoring systeminto three parts, which are video monitoring, equipment operation monitoring and security alarm monitoring. It introduces each part of the specific implementation of the program.It focuses on the design of information management system. It analyzes the function of information management system, introduces the design and use of information management system to the relevant technology. Finally, it analyses the database design of the information management system, and draws the data flow diagram, E-R diagram, and designs the database relation table.
