With the continuous expansion of urban traffic system scale and the rapid development of computer network technology,the multi-layered Web architecture in B/S mode has gradually developed and improved,it is becoming more and more important to monitor the real-time management of car information and the status of the car in the age of informationization and intelligence.The function of vehicle monitoring system is to integrate the Internet technology,data acquisition technology and mobile communication technology,and realize the transmission of vehicle location and status to vehicle management personnel.Due to the lack of effective management methods for the management and monitoring of medium and small-sized freight vehicles,which has resulted in problems such as chaotic market order,poor business performance and inadequate capacity structure.In view of the situation of "many,disorderly,scattered and small" in the road freight industry in China,this paper designs a system that can query the information of the freight vehicle in real time and monitor the running status of the vehicle.Through the management of freight cars and monitoring technology status and trends of understanding,the basic scheme has been formulated,the system mainly adopts B/S system structure,MVC design pattern,Java development language and embedded and wireless communication technology.The freight car management and monitoring system designed in this paper is composed of two parts: the upper computer and the vehicle lower machine.PC to PC as the management platform,the use of Java language,HTML Hypertext Markup Language,CSS cascading style sheets,servers and databases designed and developed.Through the networked PC browser to send a request to the server,the server by calling the model and view processing requests,and connect to the database for data transmission,the final result of the query displayed in the browser.The vehicle lower machine uses the S3C2440 embedded core board as the main control module to control the GPS positioning module and the GPRS wireless transmission module.Among them,the GPS module realizes the real-time acquisition of the data related to the driving track of the goods transport vehicle,after receiving and analyzing by the main control module,the GPS module sends the data to the host computer through the GPRS module.Through the test of the whole and all parts of the system,it shows that the system has achieved the design requirements and effects.
