This paper systemically introduces some basic theories on engineering construction risk management, and combines with characteristics of bridge construction to analyze risk identification, risk estimate, risk evaluation and risk handling during bridge construction stage with different theoretical models.In order to describe bridge construction risk directly, this paper classifies and identifies risk on progress, quality and cost, and uses different methods to estimate risk according to influence factors, then arranges risk factors with AHP and evaluates general risk level with AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment. Finally, this paper puts forward some ways and suggestions in principle on risk handling.At present, the research on bridge risk management is fairly little, but it has large economical and social benefits. |
