With the development of electric power industry and the increasing request for power supply quality by consumers, the performance of the measurement & control apparatus of power system is faced with a new challenge. The measurement&control system of Electrical System has been researched in this article and has finished the design of the measurement&control platform based on the data bus of CAN bus.Firstly, according to the present state and development prospect of the relay protection of power system, this paper mainly analyzes the potential use of the comprehensive apparatus and demonstrates the requirements of the function modules. On the basis of them, the module argumentation of hardware and software is listed. The followings are the detail schemes of the project design.Then, the article introduces the hardware and sofeware. This article adopts the method of modularization for realizing the design of whole system. The article achieves the hardware design of system that TMS320F2812 is acted as the central processor. The design module includes analog measurement module, frequency measurement module, swith&digital disposal module, communication module and power supply module. And the application software design that μC/0S-II is acted as the system software.Because Electrical Measurement&control System is a stonger real time system. The article gives some analyse of the real time capability based on task of μC/OS-II. What's more, I give my own viewpoint on the reliability in this design of system.Above all, the measurement&control system acts a high-performance DSP F2812 as the central processor so that the real time capability of the Electrical System is satisfied. Acting the embedded real time operation system μC/OS-II as system software not only simplifies the design of application software but also advances the reliability and the real time capability, in addition, makes the structure of the whole software better and has preferably expansibility.
