Electric actuator is an important equipment in the modern industrial process control,receiving the control signal from the upper computer,through the mechanical drive mechanism to drive the valve action,to achieve the valve of the switch or the regulation of opening degree.China is a big country in industrial production,while is a big country in energy consumption,so it is very significant to design an electric actuator with excellent performance and energy saving and environmental protection.Combined with the situation of our country and analyzing the current situation of the development of the domestic and foreign electric actuator in detail,This thesis puts forward permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)servo system into the design of electric actuator,and designs a the smart actuator consisted of driving,control,communication and actuator,combined with the micro control technology and power electronic technology and modern communication technology.Firstly This thesis establishes mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor under three-phase static coordinate system and two-phase rotating coordinate system based on the principle of coordinate transformation,and the model is the basis of researching the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control method and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)algorithm of id=0 and establishes the valve position closed loop regulation system,the simulation is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink environment,and drawing the simulation waveform of the motor,verifying the correctness and efficiency of the control system of the design.In order to lay the theoretical foundation for the software and hardware design of the electric actuator later in the thesis.On the basis of theoretical research and analysis and simulation experiment,designing the hardware and software of the electric actuator.TI company's digital processor(DSP)TMS320F2812 is served as the control core of the hardware circuit and IPM is served as the main chip of driving circuit,The design of communication circuit includes two parts of serial communication and CAN communication,to facilitate the development and debugging of the previous system,as well as industrial communication network.System software adopts the modular programming ideas to design and develop in the CCS3.3 development environment,mainly including the main program,interrupt service subroutine and the main function module program...
