Based On The Aircraft Manufacturing Process Management Technology In Mbom Study

According to the problems of aircraft manufacturing process management, such as serial working mode, unsmoothed information exchanging and so on, operations unification and information integration of manufacturing process is required in aircraft manufacturing enterprises. The well-off implementation of manufacturing process management system needs a set of technology system as technology base. Based on manufacturing enterprises' requirements and idea of manufacturing process management platform, the technology system of manufacturing process management system is researched in this thesis. The main contributions of this paper as follows:Firstly, based on idea of building manufacturing process management platform and in allusion to manufacturing mode oriented manufacturing process and taking requirements of manufacturing process management, the architecture of manufacturing process management is built, and manufacturing process is managed as a whole.Secondly, the management technology of Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) is researched, which is the information base of manufacturing process management, and it includes generation of MBOM, controlling of MBOM validity, changing management of MBOM and the transforming to other BOM (Bill Of Material) from MBOM. As a result, other application systems could be conveniently to get MBOM information.Thirdly, based on with the idea of Total Quality Management, the quality management of aircraft manufacturing process at different phase is discussed. The structure, characteristic and the management methods of Quality BOM are described.Lastly, the architecture and function of application and integration system in whole management platform is researched, and the information integration technology is proposed.Based on researches above, this thesis forms a set of technology system for manufacturing process management, which can be used to implement manufacturing process management system.
