Based On The Given Drying Curve Of Drying Equipment, Microcomputer Control System Design

At present, the drying equipment in use mostly controlled the drying process at intervals which is inconvenient to the scientific research people to find the best drying technical parameters. There was no drying equipment now that could control the drying process to run to obey the drying curves drawn previously. So people often took too much time to find the best curves which restrained its application in practice.This thesis studied the drying MCU system based on the given drying curves which improved the automation level of drying process, saved the time, manpower and material resources for the scientific research people to find the best drying curves, controlled the drying system to run according to the curves drawn previously in PC. At the same time, the drying equipment could better fit the requirement of the dried material and achieve the perfection in application and the rationality in technique.This system was mainly composed of PC, RS—485 bus, single chip microcomputer(microcon-trollor), PT100 resistance, solid state relay, minitype fanner and drying case. PIC converted the analog temperature signals sampled by PT100 resistance into digital signals and then transmitted the data to PC by RS—485 bus. The PC compared the real time temperature with the target value set in the drying curve and transmitted the control parameters to PIC after PID modulation. The PIC controlled the operation of the implement according to the control parameters.The experiments showed that the Microcomputer control system for drying equipment based on given drying curves was reasonable in design, reliable in operation, valuable in application and achieved the aim and requirement that the system controlled the drying process to run according to the drying curves the PC had drawn.
