The bounding wall enclosure is mainly adopted by large boilers to protect itself in fire power plant in cold area. Because of the large heat emission of boilers and several equipments, the ventilation is mainly considered in the designing of doors and windows. So there are many cracks in doors and windows. In winter, even though closeness of doors and windows and ventilation system in roof, it produces strong heat pressure due to heat emission of boilers in bounding wall enclosure and gigantic buildings. And so there is a great amount of cold air in the bottom of the buildings passing the cracks of doors and windows and some inlets to permeate the space in bounding wall. And there is an attendant result of cold in the lower but hot in the upper. The bad heat environment and lower temperature in the bottom lead to the increase of heat emission of equipments even the freezing, it can affect the normal working in fire power plant.In order to relieve the situation of cold in the lower but hot in the upper, the measure is adopted which open the operating floor in summer and block the floor in winter so as to decrease the indoor heat pressure in engineering design. But in practice, it is hardly to block the floor which is opened in summer according to the design demand in winter because of kinds of reasons. So, in consideration of the situation that temperature is comparative high in the top and the block to the operating floor is troublesome, it equips the boilers with several draught fans in the top to draw and deliver the hot air to the bottom space so as to enhance the air temperature .In addition, it can also open the heater fan in the bottom to adjust the temperature further.To make a detailed numerical analysis to the methods mentioned in engineering design, it applies the Gambit and FLUENT software to build up a simulation model to make a comparison between the indoor thermal environment under the former operating circumstance in winter and kinds of improved methods mentioned to the problem. By agency of the analysis to the velocity, temperature and pressure, it can prove further effect of improved methods. In the whole course of computing, it solves the difficult problem of cold air permeation through doors and windows in winter, and in a mean time it also has a good research of radiation recuperation.The research methods and conclusions put forward in the paper could offer referenced grounds for improved design of operating circumstance in winter in fire power plant.
