The Research, Based On Bluetooth Technology, Large-caliber Machine Gun Smart Shooting Recorder

The paper analyzed the developing actuality and the market appliance perspective of Bluetooth technology, by deep analysis and argument of wireless communication technology, and researched the agreement and appliance of Bluetooth technology.The large caliber antiaircraft machine-gun's shooting recorder system is mainly used to automatically record the parameters of machine-gun's shooting , meanwhile simultaneously record the situation of machine-gun's shooting. The recorder system is made up of hardware circuit and software sub-systems. The hardware circuit takes advantage of signal chip AT89C51, LCD module ACM 12864 JHZ, real-time clock chip DS 12C887, memory chip AT28C256 , key chip 8279 and serial-port communication chip MAX232 to capture, display, memorize and communicate the shooting data.The software system adopted the project of wireless communication between two host, used the peer to peer Bluetooth module JINOU3263. One host was PC that was connected with JINOU3263 by interface circuit, and its software was programmed with Lab Windows/CVI. This host exchanged digital with JINOU3263 by serial communication interface. Another host was signal chip AT89C51 that controlled the recorder's situation and was connected with JINOU3263 by RS232 interface circuit.The paper accomplished the researching and producing task of wireless communication with Bluetooth, virtual instrument and MCU controlling techniques. This recorder proved that the large caliber machine-gun's shooting recorder system basing Bluetooth technology could record parameters correctly and transferred the data. The recorder has low cost but high precision, small volume, strong anti-jamming capability and convenient operation.
