Network Of Manufacturing Resources Modeling Method Research And Application

To study and analyze the theory and method of manufacturing resource management application system based on ASP (Application Service Provider) . Based on the study in this laboratory, the major application modeling of manufacturing resource management application based on ASP is completed, the application range of manufacturing resource management based on ASP is presented, manufacturing resource management application systems based on ASP includes manufacturing resource application service system based on ASP and dynamic allied manufacture resources application system based on ASP, and dynamic allied manufacture resources application process based on ASP is developed.Introduce the technology of network resources modeling and study resource modeling. The definition of the manufacturing resources and the establishment principle of the manufacturing resources model were analyzed. Through the analyze of the commonness and individuality of different resources, the content of manufacturing resources was confirmed. And the resources modeling for network manufacturing is presented by Using the UML method and Object-Oriented technology.Analyzed the network manufacture tasks and the need of resources of network manufacturing to present a modified net plan which can completely describe the project and the project can transform. It discusses the model optimization and uses the Petri Net model to analyzes the character and transform of the project. The optimization approach based on Petri net and present a new approach.To study and analyze the resources of network manufacturing model we can make a detail plan and database plan of dynamic allied manufacture resources based on ASP. The operation of system application is achieved by using .NET, and the exploitation about the original system of manufacture resources management system is completed.
