The traditional electric drive field is mainly based on DC motor.The DC motor has been widely used because of its superior speed regulation performance,smooth speed and high torque,but the actual DC motor has some great defects,such as difficult reversing,short life and expensive,so with the gradual development of AC speed control technology,AC motors are gradually replacing DC motors,especially in the civilian field,and AC motors have been used to drive household appliances such as inverter air conditioners and refrigerators.Single motor drive is enough to deal with many occasions,but for some special applications,such as aerospace,power drive and other fields,only single motor can not meet the fault tolerance requirements of the system.A very effective method to solve this problem is to use redundancy technology.The first research of redundancy technology mainly focuses on the use of multiple motor switching or direct action of cold backup.At that time,the DC motor was used mostly.However,with the discovery of rare earth materials,permanent magnet motor gradually ascended the stage.The permanent magnet synchronous motor has a great advantage compared with the traditional motor.It not only has low loss and response to the traditional motor.Fast,and it does not have the torque ripple of the traditional DC motor,it plays a great role in the high precision control situation,so the redundancy technology based on permanent magnet motor has become the focus of the control direction of the redundant motor.The purpose of this paper is to control two permanent magnet synchronous motors connected on the same rigid shaft.The mathematical model of the ordinary permanent magnet motor is not suitable for the coaxial motor.Therefore,the mathematical model of the double redundancy motor must be derived from the vector control theory of the permanent magnet motor and the characteristics of the dual redundancy permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then on the basis of the mathematical model,the simulation experiment of the dual redundancy permanent magnet motor is carried out based on the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the simulation of the three-phase current,torque,and speed of the two motor during the hot backup switching process of the double redundancy motor is carried out to verify the rationality of the mathematical model established in the front.In order to establish an efficient vector control system for double redundancy motor,the DSP chip TMS320F28377 D,which has multiple processors,is used to improve the efficiency of the software system.In order to improve the real-time performance and efficiency of the dual redundancy motor vector control,the multichannel parallel data acquisition is carried out with the rich external resources of the chip,and multiple processors are combined to control the vector control of multiple motors simultaneously.In addition,in order to carry out redundant switching in time,this paper will analyze the fault phenomenon of permanent magnet motor to find fault and cut off the driving signal of corresponding channel.Based on the above design,the dual motor system can speed the double motor with high efficiency in the normal work.Once the fault occurs,the single motor can also be stable.
