For the long time,the level of process planning and managing of domestic aeroengine is behindhand. It influences the development of the domestic aeroengine. So it is significative to build a aeroengine process planning system, which have good practicability and high-capacity of integration. The system is capable of support the whole design and management business, and it is capable of improve the efficiency and quantity of process planning and management. Thus, according to the requirements of aeroengine enterprises, the paper focus on researching and developing a knowledge-based process planning system of aeroengine.The main points are summarized as follows:1) By the analysis of the demand and process actuality of aeroengine enterprises, and the actuality of CAPP researching and application, the paper points out that knowledge-based process planning system of aeroengine is the whole solution of dealing with process design and process management.2) The structure and function frames of a process planning system based on knowledge is proposed.3) Applying Object-Oriented approach, the achievment and representation of process knowledge for aeroengine are researched. At the same time, the process knowledge management is studied. A composite knowledge representation method is applied to different process knowledge, and the model of process knowledge base is built.4) The typical process of aeroengine is managed and used effectively, and process planning about spindle parts of aeroengine based on typical process is realized.5) By the research on a aeroengine manufacturing enterprise, a process planning system based on knowledge is developed ,and the basal function is realized. |
