In our country, with the sustained rapid development of national economy, large-scale infrastructure construction and industrial, civil construction projects being carried out with unprecedented speed. Construction of high-rise buildings, bridges in the field of civil engineering, height platform is needed to address operators height, store material and the other operational issues. Also it can be used, such as high-level and ultra-high-rise buildings, to conduct claddings maintenance and re-decoration outside the building clean appearance. Spaceflight and some other mining enterprises are usually need height platform. So many of our industries in the production process needs to have an advanced and efficient, speedy height of the height platform.A new construction machine, which can be used in the construction, exterior decorating and clearing of high building and super high building, is proposed for the first time in this paper. This machine mainly includes the devices of attachment kickstand, operational platform and hydraulic climbing with a good automatic property, flexible and convenient operational properties, in which the attachment kickstand is a new steel structural form and is a key structure. In order to investigate this new structural stability, the finite element method is employed and the characteristics of the nonlinear flexuosity of the attachment kickstand are analyzed, the results are compared with the results by traditional engineering calculating method. It shows that the two results are approximated well, and the structure has enough reliability. The investigation presented here shows that this new structural type of this machine is reasonable, it could be used in the practical engineering. In order to investigate rationality of the attachment kickstand setting height, the theory of II order is employed. The result shows that the height of attachment kickstand setting is reasonable, which make sure the safety and stability of the machine when in working. Also the result of the ultimate load of bridge platform and operation platform satisfy the actual requirements.These results indicate that attachment from the initial design to reach a more reasonable platform. Meanwhile, in light of the process of installation and testing of equipment found in the scene of the issue of timely improvement and optimization, to ensure early production operation.
