| The spraying system, including core components such as nozzle and nozzle-loop etc., is one of the most important components in aeroengine combustor, each component has immediate impact on the combustor's performance.The fore part of this paper has simulated the interior 3-D flow field of nozzle-loop by numerical simulation method: First, the calculated model of the flow field is builded, and a logical boundary condition is confirmed according to its structure characteristic and actual test data. Then two different overfall models— standard k-e model & RNG k-ε model—are adopted to simulate the interior 3-D flow field, and conclusion that RNG k-ε model is better than standard k-ε model when simulating the interior 3-D flow field of nozzle-loop is educed by comparing and analyzing the difference between the two calculated result. At last, single nozzle's interior flow trait and the flux distributing trait of nozzle-loop's outflow flux are analysed.The second part has detailedly designed the flux trait testing system of the nozzle-loop: introduces the development flow of the testing system detailedly; aparts the application to several function modules following the software engineering thought; expatiates each module's implementation and skill cruces detailedly etc.. |
