This article mainly researches network sharing and visualized technology of enterprise product assembly information. Its main antilogy is: Gain assembly VRML model from CAD system, Obtain the assembly sequence through spreading the assembly tree, Acquire assembly route by alternately between user and computer, Create assembly sequence visualized system based on WEB.1) VRML Modeling Of Assembly Body. Many popular CAD systems can produce the VRML document, but have difference respectively. This acticle devotes to establishe a product VRML model output-standard applied in the WEB environment between kinds of CAD systems. This article uses PROTO NODE build model of Part, Constructs the assembly model tree structure according to the CAD model assembly relations.2) The Assembly Sequence Gaining. Establish the assembly tree and assembly sequence in the high-level assembly function of CAD system. Acquiring assembly sequence by depth spreading algorithm and extent spreading algorithm. The depth spreading algorithm gain assembly sequence by "Child-brother", The extent spreading algorithm gain assembly sequence by "Brother-child", the two method mutually supplemented.3) The Assembly Route Creating. This paper through interactive way sets keypoint, the link of keypoind is assembly route. Using the way of "Assembly Characteristic Drive" and "coordinate transformation" to calculate the coordinate of keypoint. Proposed the lamination collision examine based on the component structure. Using the surrounding box technology by "Top-Down" based on component structure to eliminate the obvious non-collision situation, and precise computation by the geometry calculate method.4) Product assembly sequence visualized system based on WEB. This system using the VRML language to construct the assembly model, using JavaApplet application program to implement that user visit to VRML scene and alternately process, using XML language to describe the assembly sequence and the route information. Based on the above, all the language and technology have capabilities of cross-platform and good network transmission, realizing the assembly sequence visualized system by the EAI way of VRML.
