The focus of this paper is designed for electromagnetic induction heating resonant inverter circuit. Resonant converter mainly to the use of auxiliary means and snubber circuit, the soft switching power devices with performance minimize electromagnetic interference, and reduce losses, improve heating efficiency.Paper by electromagnetic induction heating basic theory, electromagnetic induction heater circuit design, electromagnetic induction heating security design and result analysis and summary constitution. Basic theory of electromagnetic induction heating including the basic principles of electromagnetic induction heating, electromagnetic induction heating system design, joule effect, equivalent models such as electromagnetic induction heating load and so on. Electromagnetic induction heating circuit design includes power circuit, control circuit, oscillations and driving circuit modules expounded on the circuit design. Current designs include electromagnetic induction heating safety protection, voltage protection, temperature protection, transient suppression circuit, surge suppression circuit, fuse selection and EMC design information. A prototype through repeated tests, the system is stable and reliable and the final text will be presented some experimental data.Electrical heating load changes with temperature changes in the frequency modulation of this study, work within the system to follow a certain frequency resonant frequency. Ensure that the operating efficiency of the heating system in the best condition.
