Plc Universal Data Communication Interface

With the development of industry automation, How to design and development PLC driver programs is coming into been one of the most critical problems. The efficiency of channel data processing is the key of the whole system.This thesis is for resolving the problem meet in the Kunlun Tongtai company during my practice period. MCGS is a configuration system developed by the KunLun TongTai company, with the merits such as the powerful function and advantageous utility. However, the drivers of the hardware applied in MCGS need develop by engineers. These developments always need long hours, and the data collected of the efficiencies are very low.The article discuss few key problems, such as Currency Data Communication Interface design; improve data collect efficiency; package common use equipments orders; show runtime information of equipment.We discuss MCGS and PLC data communication process.In this paper, how to design and development the PLC driver program is explored. This paper give detail design of PLC driver function and solve several key problems about channel data processing. Base the article, the PLC driver program can be development quickly. The experimental results show that, it can save cost and improve efficiency.Finally, the summary is given on some things and next researching content is proposed.
