Along with the development of micro-electronic technology and power electronics, the varied frequency technique is increasingly used. For saving energy in the venting system, the varied rate fans are used to replace the constant rate fans. In this paper, the theoretical analysis method is used to research the energy saving of the heat dissipation and ventilation system in cabin, and, with the help of the MATLAB-SIMULINK tool, apply the simulation technique to imitate the system. The thesis includes the following three parts:Firstly, according to the feature that the air temperature changes with outside environment, based on theoretical analysis, for saving energy, this paper research the varied frequency adjustment venting system because we design heat dissipation and ventilation system according to the worst outside environments.Secondly, under the circumstance of that the refrigerated containers are loaded in holds, the thesis designs the varied frequency control system (adoption of PID control) in the heat and venting system. The systematic features and designing methods are introduced; the simulation and modeling on main equipments, transducers and motors, is also introduced.Lastly, the mathematic model of the heat and venting control system by changing the fans' rate is established in the instance of that the refrigerated containers are loaded in holds. Applying calculation and simulation technique on the whole venting system, and researching on varied frequency control system, MATLAB is used to attain this aim.The thesis mainly researches the automatic control technology (PID control), varied frequency simulation technique by MATLAB, and, uses the tool, MATLBA, to research the energy saving of the heat dispenser and venting system by applying varied rate fans for the constant rate fans, the variable air volume (VAV) for constant air volume (CAV).
