The quality is defined as the sum of regulated or potential characteristics and properties which the product will be content with, and one of crucial factors for enterprises to survive and succeed in the competitions with the increasing competition of the market. In the environment of economy development, technology advancement and incessant diversification of peoples' requirement, the spaceflight enterprises are not only facing furious competitions of the market, but also meeting the incessantly variational requirement of the market. But there is perplexing manufacture technologies, trusty quality and production mode of a single part and small batch, how to ensure the quality in the mode of Multi-varieties and Small-batch Production, and how to advance the competitive advantages become a hotspot of scholars and practitioners' researches.Aiming at the characteristics of the spaceflight enterprises in the mode of Multi-varieties and Small-batch Production, such as separateness, complexity and randomness, and the status that the Quality Digital Management is difficult to realize, Quality Digital Management Technologies in Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is advanced. Firstly, Bills of Materials(BOM) system orienting Manufacturing Execution System and their management method are built, effectively ensure the data's integrity, reality and consistency in enterprise operational process. Secondly, the workshop quality digital management model is advanced, and product-oriented quality information management model is built. Based on this model, As a reasonable and effective carrier and organic form of product quality data stream, Manufacturing Quality BOM(MQBOM) is based on product structure and configuration and helpful to implement better product statistical quality process control to resolve data separation by adopting bill of materials technology and object-oriented technology. Lastly, The data models of manufacturing process quality control are built, The process data are taken out by Manufacturing Quality BOM, the product quality is forecasted by the foreshow-control chart so as to realize quality digital management based on Manufacturing Quality BOM. In the end the feasibility and the validity of Quality Digital Management in MES are demonstrated.
