With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,all major auto companies are now pursuing “smart factories” and “green factories”,which is also the future development trend.Among them,the proportion of smart chemicals in the total number of stations is also a Very important metric.The realization of intelligence,not only depends on the high intelligence of the equipment,but also must have a system through the whole process to support.Under such a background,the requirements for MES systems are getting higher and higher,and the requirements of stability,security,ease of use,etc.are the most basic and simple requirements,and the curing and optimization of business processes is the key.This article is based on the background of such research,launched the research of automotive enterprise MES system,the specific content is as follows:The first chapter of this paper mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and the main content and structure of the paper.The second chapter of this paper is mainly an overview of the manufacturing execution system of automobile enterprises,which is mainly carried out from two aspects: the software functional structure of automobile enterprise MES and the technical characteristics of automobile enterprise MES.The software functional architecture of the automotive enterprise MES is mainly implemented at three levels: control layer,execution layer and display layer.The core of the MES system is at the execution level.The technical characteristics of the automotive enterprise MES are mainly realized from the peripheral system.Interconnection and interoperability with workshop equipment integration are described.The third chapter of this paper mainly analyzes and designs the manufacturing execution system of automobile enterprises.Firstly,the system requirements are analyzed.Then the two modules of production planning management and energy management of MES system are designed in detail,and then the system is The database was designed and finally analyzed in detail for the quality requirements and security of the system.In the process of demand analysis and system design,due to the limited space requirements of the paper,only the two modules of production planning management and energy management were analyzed and designed.When analyzing other requirements of the system,it mainly analyzes from two aspects: quality attribute requirements and safety requirements.The fourth chapter of this paper is based on the needs analysis and design of the third chapter.For the two key modules of production planning management and energy management,the implementation of the interface and the implementation of the principle steps are presented.The author firstly summarizes the key modules of the system,and then studies the two key modules of production planning management and energy management.The production planning management has carried out analysis and research from 7 aspects,and the energy management module has been launched from 8 aspects.Analysis.In the fifth chapter of this paper,based on the previous design and implementation basis,all kinds of functional use cases of MES system are tested and analyzed in all aspects.Specifically,this paper aims to verify the correctness of system functions and release system test baselines.It is designed for system function testing,system verification,and five core modules: production planning management,production process management,process quality management,energy management and equipment management.Test strategies such as test,regression test,and acceptance test are based on the system test environment and test requirements,and each function use case is tested and analyzed in detail.
