This system makes the records storage, retrieval and verification certificate printing automatically, which raises the efficiency and quality of the test and makes test results more reliable.This paper introduces the principle of withstand voltage tester and the hardware and software design of withstand voltage tester calibrator automatic measurement system. Hereinto the withstand voltage tester calibrator take a 16-bit microprocessor as core, 14-bit ADC based, supported by other external circuit such as DSP (digital signal processor). It has a strong high resistance to electromagnetic interference, accuracy and stability and long-term reliability. The efficient C + + Builder software language is used, thus achieving measurement, data processing and report generation automatically.The system has been proved to work well for daily work. Automatic measurement of withstand voltage tester is the first case in the province, which is of great technical and economic values.
