This paper is about the load behavior of the small-bore antiaircraftartillery's servo system. To analyze the load behavior, the system need tosimulate the load of inertial moment,static frictional moment,unstablemoment,gunshot impactive moment etc. Using the inertia plate simulate theinertial load. Using the dynamoelectric load technique simulate the unstablemoment,gunshot impactive moment and static frictional moment. Using theelectronic inertia plate simulate the shortage of inertia load.The content of this text includes: summarize the research status of servoload system in nowadays world, there are three different load modes in the servoload system: magnetic arrester load,electromotor control load andelectrical-liquid servo arrester load. Analyze the load behavior of small-boreantiaircraft servo system in the running and gunning state, the regular loadtypes of small-bore antiaircraft servo system are frictional moment,damp load,inertia load,unstable load and impactive load etc. In this load system, theshortage of inertia load plan to be completed by the method of adding electronicinertia plate; Hardware holistic design of the load system, and introduce allthe hardware parts. Software bolistic design of the load system, main interfacedesign and the introduction of function module; in the end, raise up and analyzethe data of the load experiment in this load system. Frictional moment,inertiaload,unstable load and fire impactive load can be loaded in this load system,meanwhile, the shortage of inertia load can be completed by the method of addingelectronic inertia plate, which create the condition for the research ofcapability in all load condition of servo system.
