Column Switch For Automation

With the development of China, electricity customers increasing demand the reliability and the quality of electricity supply. How to improve the reliability and the quality of electricity supply has become an urgent problem to Power Supply Company. In the several sectors of Power System, the most important sector for electricity customers is distribution system. Further more, the improving of distribution system automation is useful to electricity supply reliability. The core of Distribution Automation System is automatic switch column, and it has a great influence to the whole System.The development of automatic switch column relates to computer technology, automation technology, electronic technology, electric power system and other knowledge of multidisciplinary integrated application. In this thesis, some elementary research about the controller of automatic switch column has been carried out. This system is based on C8051F020, a SoC MCU, Cygnal Integrated Products, Inc. Including protect, measure, control and present display. And Feeder Automation can be making up of them independently or with Distribution Automation, finding out and insulating the faults, resuming the power supply of non-fault feeder. We measure voltage, current, frequency and power by using AC synchronized sample technique. In the same time, FFT is applied to take out the harmonic involving voltage and current. Some measures used in designing the hardware and software of system to resist disturb improve the measure precision and system reliability.
