With the development of science and technology and the advent of the information age,the country has put forward higher requirements on the stability and reliability of electric energy production and distribution.Power distribution network is an important part in the process of entire distribution automation,and its output is closely related to the electricity performance of electricity users.10 KV distribution network covering a wide range of lines is relatively long in remote areas of the environment impact on distribution lines,leading to the power system put forward higher requirements on the switch device.The intelligent switch gear has become a key factor of intelligent development on distribution automation.This paper combined with the functional requirements of the industry and the power industry standards,researching and designing a smart demarcation switch controller based on 16-bit digital signal processor.The controller has high integration and strong reliability,which can do the "four remote" control,not only achieve the basis of the relay protection,but also on the real-time power parameters to do further processing and analysis.This paper first analyzes the development overview of distribution automation and the working principle of the demarcation switch.The system sets the protection methods of instantaneous current protection,over-current protection and zero-sequence protection.When the fault occurs in the feeder outlet user interface,the demarcation switch can be rapidly cut off and isolate the faulty line to ensure normal power supply to the non-faulty line.By analyzing the basic principle of AC sampling,the advantages and disadvantages of the power parameter algorithm are further analyzed.Finally,according to the function and requirements of the controller,the Fourier algorithm is selected as the power parameter measurement algorithm.The controller mainly has the functions of measuring and protecting the display.The hardware adopts the modular design method,including the power module,AC sampling module,real-time clock module,information storage module,open-out module,human-computer interaction module and GPRS wireless communication module.At last,the software driver is written on the basis of hardware,and the software and hardware debugging of the system is carried out.The experimental results show that the controller has reliable relay protection function and design requirements.
