This paper discuss the technology of in-vehicle network, the hardware and software design of CAN/LIN network and the implementation of intelligence control, redundancy design, noise immunity, diagnosis, alarming and the low power consumption design of modules.The system consists of main-controller modules, air-conditioner modules, gateway modules door modules, window modules, lamp modules, mirror modules and accelerate paddle etc. Low cost, low power consumption, high reliability and intelligence restrain in-vehicle network from application. In this paper, the embedded microprocessor based on ARM and the embedded operate systemμC/OS-ⅡandμC/GUI is frame of main-controller. Other system uses M68HC08 series of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc MCU as the node' s controller.A body electronics system which is based on CAN and LIN bus is presented with the trade-off between the real-time requirements and low cost. It is proved to be reliable performance and has the advantages of low cost, low power high reliability and easy to maintain. |
