With the widely use of Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) in many fields, the study on PMSM becomes a kind of inevitable development trend, have real meaning and value.This paper uses TI company special-purpose on TMS320F240 type Digital Signal Processor (DSP) that controls electrical machines as the core, designs and develops software and hardware of the full-digital PMSM vector control speed adjustment system which reduces system, and elevates its availability.Firstly, the theory of vector control on PMSM is studied further deeply, the mathematical models of PMSM are illustrated. On this base we also discuss the speed adjustment scheme of vector control on PMSM, and provide the block diagram of this system systematically.Secondly, the main stuctures of the software and hardware parts of the control system are introduced.Principles and realization of the main functional blocks of these two parts are illuminated.On the hardware of the system,parts of control circuit and the design and debugging of peripheral circuits are discussed thoroughly.Based on the hardware circuit,the software is programmed with assembly language.Dual close loop vector control weth feedback of speed and current are realized.The flow charts of main programme and PWM interrupt service routines are given.The important control strategies of vector control PMSM such as current sensint and scaling, speed sensing and scaling, bector co-ordinate transformation, generation of sine and cosine, PI regulators, SVPWM vector modulation and so on are all accomplished in the PWM interrupt sevice routines.In order to unite all the variables in the programme, scaling is used.Thirdly, SVPWM modulation is discussed thoroughly.Its realization method with software is given.lt is of clarity of conception,simpleness of arithmetic, high utilization of DC voltage, especially ease of being realized by digtization.Last,the programme is debugged in the environment of CC2000.Given the mecessary parameter value of state before setting electrical machinery,during running software, PWM that output finally wave form correct to prove right and reliable of the design.
