The diesel engine used in automobile turns to become a kind of international current gradually. Along with the big development strategy of western region putting into practice in our country, it will bring the biggest development opportunities to every kind of engineering machine, automobile and its related facilities. As we all known, adoption turbocharged can improve and recover the function of diesel engine in the plateau region, and it is one of the valid solutions for this question. Because our country geography environment is complicated, the region is vast, so, turbocharged diesel engine of vehicle-use waste gas while packing the car movement physically, can be circulate in the high region of different elevation in shorter time, its various functions are possible to all change with the variety of the altitude height. Therefore, Adoption micro-computer controlled atmosphere simulation and comprehensive measuring system , research and study on performance of turbocharged diesel engine vehicle run in different altitude regions.This text makes use of micro-computer controlled atmosphere simulation and comprehensive measuring system, imitating three atmospheric pressures of 100 KPa, 90 KPa and 81 KPa respectively, carry on the research under the condition that turbocharged diesel engine does not make any adjustment. The main research contents is divided into 4 parts. The first, the influence of the atmospheric pressure for best advance angle when turbocharged diesel engine to be provided for oil ;The second, the influence of the atmospheric pressure for burn process of the turbocharged diesel engine; The third, the influence of the atmospheric pressure for turbocharged diesel engine upon the power ability , economy, the exhaust temperature degree. At the same time, the relationship between power ability and economy is also compared under the condition of constant extra air coefficient at different atmosphere pressures; The fourth, the influence of the atmospheric pressure for the characteristic of masque in low speed and in a sudden characteristic of turbocharged diesel engine.According to the studies about above contents, great quantities of trial data is got, and analysis of the detailed data is preceded. The obtained conclusions are useful to understand the performance of the turbocharged diesel engine vehicles run in different altitude region, and contribute to carrying on the understanding and comprehending to the work function of the turbocharged diesel engine circulated in different elevation region towards experimenting. Finally, according to the various function of different atmospheric pressure influence relation toward turbo diesel engine, some path for solves or improvement on this foundation is also investigated. |
