The Urban Transportation goes through the development of Highway, Aviation and Railway, the integration of the Urban Transportation becomes full of competition. The most important questions are: How to construct a net including all Transportation Models? How to make the system more efficiency?Comprehensive Transportation Hub is a key factor of the Comprehensive Transportation Net, and also a node to connect the external and internal transportation, so its central position is obvious.But its convergence has brought some problems: In the first place, when the Transportation Industry develops, the original benefit situation change, the deeply develop faces the indefinite manager boundary and the inflexible system burden; In the second place, Comprehensive Transportation Hub conforms diversified Transportation Models, accelerating the stream of passengers, goods, and the capital, also bring along the develop of the land around, but it makes the pressure of the transportation more severely.The construction and plan of Hub are underway in our country, comparing the foreign research. Original researches pay more attention to the calculation of demanding and the design of stations, through the qualitative analysis, or base on the cost of the transportation. But these researches are all by abstract and simple analysis, which can not reflect the real Macro-Economic and the function of real Transportation Network, especially for the decision making and the political consult of the hubs and urban economy and influence on the real estate development around, and how to conform the entire Transportation Modes.
