The comprehensive transportation system is an inevitable trend in the development of the transportation industry to a certain stage,and the traffic impedance analysis is the key to realize the distribution technology of the comprehensive transportation network.For a long time,the research on traffic impedance has mainly focused on the road section level.As the carrier of efficient connection of different transportation modes,transportation hubs have not received much attention.In addition,under the background of the rapid development of big data,Internet of Things,5G and other technologies,location data,typically represented by cellular signaling data,have been widely used in traffic planning problems such as travel behavior analysis and passenger flow prediction.Therefore,based on the cellular signaling data,this paper studies the transfer time of the transportation hub from the aspects of theoretical technology,feature analysis,model construction,engineering application and so on.First of all,this paper explores the basic technical principles of cellular signaling data and related theories of traffic impedance models,so as to provide basic technical support for transfer time research.Secondly,this paper proposes a complete set of analysis methods for comprehensive transportation hub transfer time characteristics based on cellular signaling data.Passengers’ travel OD and transfer time are summarized and analyzed from different dimensions.On this basis,this paper proposes a research method for comprehensive passenger hub transfer time modeling based on hierarchical features,defines the modeling object as the average transfer time of passengers sent by the hub under different travel ODs.The influencing factors of the average transfer time are divided into three levels: hub,train number,and city.Through the processes of data extraction,feature selection,model construction and model evaluation,the construction of a comprehensive passenger hub transfer time model is completed.Finally,a comprehensive transportation hub impedance prediction module is developed based on the Tran Star integrated transportation version,and the theoretical research is implemented in engineering practice.Taking the comprehensive transportation distribution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example,the effect and application value of the hub impedance prediction module in the integrated distribution of the comprehensive traffic network are verified.
