The honeycomb cardboard is a new environmental material which has the advantages of big loading bearing, good elasticity, high intensity, light weight and low cost. Moreover, it has the characteristic of free quarantine and is easy to carry out the special processing, which can get the performance of waterproof and damp proof, burning proof and fire proof, mildew proof and solidification enhancing, etc. Because of the good mechanics performance and social benefit, the honeycomb cardboard has the widespread market prospect and much valued in the related industry.Based on the historical study on the mechanics performance, machining processing of honeycomb cardboard, this dissertation is to explore the static constringent performance of honeycomb cardboard, which is also part of the program of the research on mechanic performance system of honeycomb cardboard which is authorized by the fund of Kunming science and technology plan.Theoretically, the theory inference and analysis are done on the mechanic performance of honeycomb cardboard and paper core profits from Xiong Hongzhi, Wang Dongmei and Liao Qianghua research results. The paper gets the weight of honeycomb cardboard and paper core, the elasticity coefficient, the formula of rigidity and intensity and the constitutive model in four stage (line elastic stage, elastoplasticity stage, plastic collapsing stage and dense realification stage).The related mechanic experiment is completed and the static constringent performance of honeycomb cardboard is tested. The curve of stress and strain is graphed and anti-pressure rigidity and the elasticity coefficient in different honeycomb cardboard is computed by the multinomial coincidence of the experimental data with the MATLAB software. Through the experiment, the unknown parameters in theory inference are supplied and the mechanic performance in different structure parameter is obtained. At the same time, the data accumulating in the experiment provides related basic parameter for the enterprise database and ANSYS theory model.Lastly, with the FEA software (ANSYS) the FEA model is set up in condition of single honeycomb, multi-honeycomb and complex honeycomb as well. The stress distributing property is obtained in single honeycomb, multi-honeycomb, complex honeycomb conditions by making the mechanic data of honeycomb cardboard getting in the experiment as analysis parameter. The simulation results are in accordance to the theory and experiment.
