Study On Mechanical Performance Of Honeycomb Paperboard

Honeycomb paperboard is a new kind environment preserving green packing material, with wide appliance field and good foreground and possessing excellent load supporting, elasticity, light weight and low cost. Honeycomb paperboard gets big dimensions and high intensity. It is essential to know the mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard, supervising it's appliance in package field and other field.This paper mainly studies the mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard, analyzing the basic structure characters and comparing its relative advantages with other cushioning materials. This paper also studies about honeycomb paperboard's appliance fields and appliance foreground.By static state compress experiment, continuous C and ε curves are obtained, analyzing their characters and honeycomb paperboard's elastic mechanical performance and plastic mechanical performance. Perfect mold of plastic mechanical performance is found out. This will be useful in directing the appliance in engineering fields.
