The aerial cableway is one kind of airborne transportation facility, the passenger train supported and towed by the steel wire. comparing with other vehicle, the aerial cableway is compatible for natural terrain, is affected slightly by the climatic conditions, has strong power of climbing, has low invests of the construction, has higher delivery efficiency, has widespread application to each place of the world day by day. In recent years, with the fast development of the national economy and the tertiary industry, the monoline circulating detachable grip cableway, as a new-style, highly effective, environmental protection, energy-saving, warmly welcomed and development potential transportation tool, is paid great attention and invested certain special fund to improve the domestical cableway technology by every local government of our country, which has obtained certain research results. In the monoline circulating detachable grip cableway, detachable grip is a key component connecting the passenger train and the hauling steel wire and is an important technical difficulty of the domestical detachable grip cableway because the technology content of the design is high and the design is difficult.Kunming Design & Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals had designed the CY92-3 detachable grip by the analogy and empirical design methods, which isn't adapt to the development of the modern passenger transportation cableway, urgently awaits the renewal and has to conduct the theoretical analysis research by the modern design method and the analysis improvement to achieve the function requests of the modern passenger transportation cableway.This topic considering the function requests of the detachable grip in cableway as well as the technical parameters of the correlation design, has the good theory significance and the practical significance. Firstly, the present paper analyses and studies some kinds of the advanced detachable grips in the world, the morphology matrix of the detachable grip functions is established by the morphology method, carries on the synthesis of the detachable grip structure scheme and selects one kind of ideally detachable grip structure scheme. Secondly, basing on the plane link principle of machines and mechanism as well as the theoretical mechanics correlation theories, the present paper analyses and studies the kinematic and force of the detachable grip, obtained the basic dimension of the detachable grip, the track curve of link point and the reaction of every component. Thirdly, above all the analysis results, referring to the structural design principle and the method of machine component, the present paper has set up the parametrization model and the improvement design of the components by the modern machinery CAD technology, and studies the kinematic of the detachable grip by the excellent software of mechanical design UG, and the track curve of link point obtained is consistent with the track curve of the theoretical analysis. Finally, basing on statics analysis theory of the finite element, this paper simulates the static intensity of the detachable grip components by the modern machinery analysis software ANSYS, and draws a series of correlation conclusion, which has certain practical value.
