Soul From The Material Space To Space

The recent two decades is a period of material innovation, which has never appeared before. It has influenced on our life. It is not difficult to find out that, nowadays, the development of new product is mainly realized in the development of its material; and as well, the diversity and individuation of potential material reflect people's continual pursuit of innovation in this field. The science and technology has promoted the development of material at a remarkable speed. The development of interior decoration material is no exception. As the main and important interior decoration material, textile has gained much attention from researchers recently, especially in the design of fibrous materials. And this thesis reveals the reasons of the new trend, generates its features and studies its design method.Based on the analysis of products under the background of the globalization of material reform, this thesis studies the aesthetic features of fibrous material of textile; extends the designing methods of fibrous material; explores the possibility to develop the textile from multiple perspectives; and makes a comparison between its methods with those of other fields. This study contributes to the construction of a theoretical framework in the interdisciplinary field and makes prediction to the future development of textile. It attempts to draw more attention to this new trend from domestic scholars and more researches on the possibility and rationality of this trend are in great need.
