As we can see along with the rising that people demand ceaselessly for the comfortableness about riding environment and quality , automobile electric accessory is keep on improving and increasing ceaselessly ,as well as the automobile electrical system becomes gradually more and more complicated .Step by step ,the difficulty of the equipment control and malfunction analysis diagnose enlarged a lot.The vehicle body controller can improve the environment of driving whose significance is gradually to be outstanding.Basing on lucubrating abroad & in-country current situation of the vehicle body controller even the technology study, the design for vehicle body controller of this thesis is mainly used for concentrative control/management of the electric accessories.Basing on the analysis of vehicle body controller main ingredient and function requirement, coming out one suggestion that to use TMS320F2812 of TI company as master chip to process the design of vehicle body controller system. Mainly set forth the design of systemic soft&hardware: hardware exlarge SRAM and the FLASH memory chip, RS232 interface, CAN-BUS interface, vehicle body estate signal collection unit; vehiclebody equipment control unit, the malfunction collection, and liquid crystal display circuit etc.The software mainly design is about PWM , capture unit, A/D , SPI, CAN bus and liquid crystal display and the other system design etc.Upon thesis accomplishing the vehicle body soft&hardware, can realize the diagnostic control , such as the control for airbag , vehicle inner air-condition ,car light , gate lock , automobile rear-view mirror , wiper and seat ;also can realize the communication between vehicle body controller and the other controlling nodes .The vehicle body controller that the thesis designs is to implant the embedded DSP technology application on automobile electron , is product-rization and pragmatic-rization to bodywork navar beneficial trial, the person remain to be further, studied and improved.
