Zk Worm Measurement And Processing Errors

As the every sections' tooth profile of the ZK-type worm is the curve, the survey of its tooth profile error is very difficult. In this dissertation ,on the basis of the full and accurate summing-up of the research status quo of the ZK-type worm, Using vc to create the survey and analysis system about the tooth profile error of the ZK-type worm. To observe the tooth profile curve shape directly. According to the survey result, it is analysed that the change trend of the the tooth profile error of the ZK-type worm follows both the grinding wheel radius and the angle of the two axises. Consequently, references to the real machining process of the ZK-type worm is put forward. The main contents as follows was presented:(1)Based on the principle that the cone grinding wheel process the ZK-type worm, the equation of the tooth profile was gained and the theoretic programme of the tooth profile creation was writed.(2) Using vc to create the survey and analysis system about the tooth profile error of the ZK-type worm. Can draw the theoretic tooth profile curve,actual tooth profile curve and the inclusive curve automatically. Calculate the tooth profile error directly.(3)Knew the changing rule of the tooth profile error when the grinding wheel radius and the angle of the two axises change.The conclusions in this thesis is valuable for the manufacture of ZK_type worm.
