| The subject of this paper is single-cylinder internal combustion compressor. Tradational piston compressor and compressor are intergrated here. At the same time, the advantages of the two technologies are assimilated. As a new power system, it can converse the heat energy released during the burning into air depression directly according to the linear motion of engine piston.The paper introduces the background of the single-cylinder internal combustion compressor, summarizes the status quo of its research and development;introduces the structural features and the principle of single-cylinder internal combustion compressor. With a deep research of working principle and structure of single-cylinder internal combustion compressor the dynamics equation is created and the model parameters of the system structure is also listed.Based on the above,by applying MATLAB to simulate its working process, it summarizes the actual working process of crankshaft under a whole working cycle, confirms the relation between speed fluctuation coefficient of the crankshaft and moment of inertia of the balance wheel. It provides references of the theoretical data for the design of single-cylinder internal combustion compressor. This papar use the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks to build three-dimensional modeling of single-cylinder internal combustion compressor on the main parts and a stress analysis for internal combustion compressor components provide reference data for the structural design. |
