In view of the low energy conversion efficiency of the traditional internal combustion engine-driven piston air compressor system,this paper designs the three-cylinder internal combustion air compressor principle scheme,improves the traditional piston air compressor combination system driven by internal combustion engine,retains the characteristics of the mature work of traditional internal combustion engine technology,and designs a new form of power equipment which is easier to realize industrialization.On the basis of a single-cylinder internal combustion air compressor,the three-cylinder internal combustion air compressor has placed three sets of internal combustion air compression mechanisms side by side,which increases the output capacity and smooth operation of the machine.The three-cylinder in-cylinder combustion air compressor provides an additional amount of power to drive other operating loads outside the machine on the basis of the output gas pressure energy and the operation of the engine combustion engine’s ancillary system.Using the method of combining theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,the paper obtains the change of the output power of the air compressor under different throttle opening and different output pressure conditions,that is,when other conditions remain unchanged,the internal combustion air compressor can drive the power of the external load increase sand with the increase of throttle opening,and get a series of the best operating points.Based on the virtual prototype technology,the dynamic simulation model of the main part of the internal combustion air compressor is established,the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out,and the data of the motion characteristics and force conditions of the simulation model under specific operating conditions are obtained,the maximum speed of the power piston is 8.1839m/s,the maximum acceleration is 1.7898m/s2,the maximum force of the large head end of the linkage is 39.265 kN,and the maximum force of the small end of the linkage is 39.132 kN.It also analyzes the error of the output power calculation and simulation results.Using ANSYS Workbench,static analysis and modal analysis were carried out on the crankshaft,in static analysis,the results of stress deformation of the crankshaft were obtained,the maximum stress was 22.865 MPa,the strength met the requirements,and in the free mode and constrained modal analysis,the modal parameters and vibration patterns were obtained,and the lowest natural frequency of the crankshaft pattern was 1003.9Hz,effectively avoiding the occurrence of resonance.
