As a big agricultural country that has thousands of years' civilized history,it's traditional agricultural landscape which is self-sufficiency has formed a series of multi-value connected with productive function gradually during the process of 'living',and it has affected the development of China deeply.But from reform and opening up of China,living fashion and value-concept of people have changed very much,the status of agriculture economy has been debased, agricultural landscape is keeping the productive value dumbly,at the same time,the folk-belief,culture and living manner born from agriculture have been forgot gradually,the singularity of agricultural landscape(just for economy) has been dangerous for the inheriting of China traditional agricultural culture.The article made some thinking about the development of outskirts-agriculture, which is based on the improving of city - village incorporation and living aesthetics. Then,it has done some research about the muti-value come from traditional agricultural landscape,the meaning for the development of outskirts agriculture and place-spirit inheriting.In the end,From the establishment of landscape safety, empoldering of un-industrialization,directing by government and so on,the author take out his own thought about inheriting of living aesthetics in outskirts-agricultural landscape,wishing it can be helpful for the construction of new villeage in outskirts.
