The ceramic/glass fiber composite component made up of high performance have a broad application prospect in the light-weight process of the special vehicles Usually, after-processing is necessary for the lightweight composite components before assembling, Remarkably, hole drilling is the main form. this thesis presented an intensive and systematical study on machining technologies of lightweight composite components, thus providing technical supports for the application of lightweight composite components.This paper designs the structure of the manipulator, and use the Pro/Engineer to model, assemble. This paper studies the solution of kinematics equation of the manipulator by establishing Descartes coordinate of the manipulator and applying coordinate transformation to derive converse and positive equation of the manipulator. At the same time, this paper uses the Lagrange arithmetic to establish the manipulator dynamics equation. and carries on dynamics analysis.Then,the paper obtains driving moment which the movement vice-needs.Then, it established dynamic equation and performed dynamic emulation by means of ADAMS to confirm the correctness and feasibility of the dynamic equation.Frequency response. and modal coordinates, etc. can be got by modal analysis module of ADAMS. Such information will be the important reference of system design and calculation.
