The gas turbine has the more and more important lever in the power field, and analyzing the management of spare parts has the actual signification in the gas turbine.Firstly from the characteristic of gas turbine running, this article analyzes life period of gas turbine, and gets the interval of combustion inspection, hot gas path inspection and major inspection. From the allocation of inspection expenses with the ABC means, the hot gas path parts are taken as the chief subject studied of this article.This article takes the spare parts of gas turbines as a whole instead of the traditional single gas turbine, and based on the difference of repairing and replacing of hot gas path parts, studies the interchangeability of hot gas path parts and then optimizes the spare parts planning and time needed to use in the period of major inspection.After the confirmation of spare parts number and time needed to use, this article utilizes four spare parts inventory models (one-time buy, lot for lot, silver-meal algorithm, integer liner programming) to analyze the control strategic of spare parts inventory, mostly comparing cost difference of spare parts management in the four inventory models to get the better purchasing strategic of spare parts.Based on the scientific and systemic means, this article studies the spare parts management of gas turbines in detail, and analyzes the practical application and economic benefit to get the economical efficiency of the unified management. The studies of this article provides the best value of reference for the gas turbine power plants, and founds the best groundwork to occupy the greater field of spare parts of gas turbines.
