The suspended mixed structure has been developed rapidly in the modern buildings because of its special superiority and challenging. Meanwhile, its theory and construction are also studied more in depth. The design and construction of the large span cantilevered suspended mixed structure based on the suspended mixed structure are more difficult. So it is quite necessary to do the research of construction control and numerical simulation, which are the key technology segments in structure construction. Moreover, it also has high project value. Based on the large span cantilevered suspended mixed structure of Chongqing Grand Theater, this paper presents the following work:(1) At first, the research of the domestic and foreign steel-concrete mixed structure and the steel reinforced concrete structure are analyzed and summarized. Not only the developing process, the main advantages and the existing question of steel - concretes mixed structure but also the composition and the merit of the suspended mixed structure system are introduced.(2) The construction control content, the construction control method and the construction process simulation analysis method of the large span cantilevered suspended mixed structure are described in details, and various methods are compared. Furthermore, a better construction control method for the large span cantilevered suspended mixed structure is put forward.(3) The technical difficulty, some basic rules and requirement of the unloading process and the implementation plan in the construction process of the large cantilevered suspended mixed structure in Chongqing Grand Theater are analyzed. The finite element software ANSYS is adopted to establish theoretical calculation model and simulate the unloading process of the large cantilevered suspended mixed structure. Moreover, the 3D3S theoretical calculation model is also established to compare with ANASYS numerical results. The reasonable order of demolishing the temporary supports and unloading quantity in each unloading were determined by the numerical simulation analysis of unloading process. (4) The measuring point arrangement, the monitoring instrument installment and the data acquisition plan in the construction monitoring of the large span cantilevered suspended mixed structure in the Chongqing Grand Theater are described in detail. The original model is also revised. And the force which is in line with the sit situation is applied on the hoisting jack. At last, the theoretical value and the actual value of the load and deformation are compared and analyzed.(5) The finite element software ANSYS is also adopted to carried out the elaboration analysis to the steel reinforced concrete suspended beam of Chongqing Grand Theater and the theoretical value and the actual value are compared. The SRC-1 model was further consummated under the design load and the steel stress distribution, the concrete stress distribution, the crack development and the deformation are also analyzed. Furthermore, these results are compared with the SRC-1 experiment result of Chongqing University, and the effective conclusions are drawn.
